SHIPPING

How long will it take for my artwork to be shipped?

All artwork is carefully packaged and sent out within 3 to 7 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email notification when your order has shipped.

If you would like to buy my artwork and you do not see your country listed at checkout, please email me at info@suzanne-hernandez-art.com to discuss shipping costs.  I will do my best to ship it to you.

 

What about duties and customs?

I do not pay duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees incurred in importing artwork to your country.  These fees are the responsibility of the customer. For customs information including any fees that may be incurred in your country, please check with your local customs authority before purchasing.  As each country’s customs rules vary, I cannot be responsible for any delivery delays caused at customs.

 

Is Artwork Shipped Framed?

I offer some artwork framed. If the artwork is framed, it will be indicated in the description. For some products, I offer the option to buy the artwork unframed, matted or both matted and framed. Please note that shipping framed paintings to destinations other than Canada and the United States can be very expensive and may not be available for all destinations.

 

What if my art is damaged or lost during shipping?

Great care is taken in packaging your artwork for shipping.  Nevertheless, damage or loss can occur.  There is $100 liability coverage that comes with the shipping option you choose through Canada Post.  

 When your artwork arrives, unpack it carefully and inspect it. If there is any damage, please take photos of the artwork and packaging and contact me at info@suzanne-hernandez-art.com within 24 hours. This will enable me to start a claim as soon as possible to recover some of your costs with Canada Post on your behalf.

You will be refunded the $100 plus shipping costs once your claim is processed through Canada Post.  I do not refund any customs and excise duties you may have paid. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 What is your return/exchange policy?

All artwork sales are final and I do not offer returns or exchanges. I want you to be happy with any artwork you purchase, so if you have any questions before purchasing, please contact me at info@suzanne-hernandez-art.com .  

 

ABOUT MY ARTWORK

 Am I purchasing the Original Artwork?

Each artwork you purchase is one-of-a-kind. You will always receive the original artwork when you purchase. 


Who owns the copyright for artwork?

I photograph all artwork I create. As the artist, I hold the copyright to the image of any artwork sold, and the right to use the image for prints, publications, online exhibits, advertising etc.

 When you purchase my art, you have the right to use and display the original artwork as decor for your personal and business use.  The artwork may not be altered in any way. Reproductions cannot be made unless authorized by me.
